Programs

The complexity your leaders face has outpaced most of the development they have received.

Every organization — regardless of sector, size, or mission — faces the same fundamental challenge. The environments leaders are asked to navigate have become permanently complex. The pace of change, the ambiguity of decisions, the demands on relationships and judgment — none of it is slowing down. And most leadership development was not built for this reality.

It was built for knowledge transfer. Integral Advantage® was built for something harder and more necessary: the development of leaders who can think, decide, and lead with clarity inside conditions that resist clarity. That requires more than a course. It requires a program built around a diagnostic, grounded in research, facilitated by practitioners — and connected directly to the context your leaders are actually working in.

Whether your organization is a federal agency, a state or local government, a nonprofit, an educational institution, or a private company — the need is the same. The path in looks different depending on where you are and what you need.

Tailored Organizational Engagements

Programs designed around your organization's specific mission, culture, and leadership challenges. Delivered virtually or in-person — at your facility or a selected location.

Open Enrollment

Accredited programs open to individuals and small groups from any sector. No full cohort required. Delivered virtually on a FedRAMP-authorized platform.

Individual Enrollment

For leaders investing in their own development — through organizational training funds, individual development plans, or personal commitment. Seats open to professionals at every level.

Engagement Formats

Multi-Day Courses

Two to five days. Deep-dive developmental programs with pre-course assessment, cohort learning, and follow-up coaching. CEU credits awarded.

Seminars

One to two days. Focused learning events built around a specific leadership challenge, competency, or organizational need. Ideal for targeted development.

Workshops

Half-day to full-day. Hands-on, highly interactive sessions focused on a specific skill, framework, or assessment. Can stand alone or as part of a larger engagement.

Format is determined by what the work requires — not by a standard template. All engagements begin with a conversation about what your leaders actually need.

Not sure which path or format fits? We will help you find the right program for your context.

How It Works

Every program starts with a question, not a catalog.

Most leadership development begins with a course list. Ours begins with a conversation about what your organization — or you, as a leader — actually needs. What follows is a structured process that connects that need to the right program, the right assessments, and the right faculty.

01

Diagnose Before Designing

We begin with a needs analysis — not an assumption. Using our proprietary organizational and leadership assessments, we identify the real conditions your leaders are navigating: where clarity exists, where it breaks down, and what development will actually move the needle.

02

Build Around Context

Programs are designed around what the diagnostic reveals — not around a generic template. Whether you are enrolling in an open cohort or commissioning a tailored engagement, the content is connected to the specific complexity your leaders are working inside.

03

Deliver Through Practitioners

Every program is facilitated by faculty who hold advanced degrees, do original research, and have led at the highest levels of public and private sector organizations. They do not teach from textbooks. They teach from the work — and from the frameworks they built.

04

Measure What Matters

Every engagement is designed and evaluated against the ANSI/IACET 2018-1 Standard using the Kirkpatrick-Phillips Five-Level model — from participant reaction through organizational results. CEU credits are awarded upon completion. Clients receive evidence, not estimates, of program impact.

For Federal Agencies

Integral Advantage® programs are explicitly aligned to the updated OPM Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) — effective July 2025 — and their 15 sub-competencies. All open enrollment courses are delivered via FedRAMP-authorized Zoom for Government. CEU credits are IACET-authorized and widely accepted for federal training requirements.

Testimonials by Participants

Leadership is not trained.
It is developed by facilitating
the connection of content to context.

— Robert Radi, Ph.D., President & Lead Faculty, Integral Advantage®

In talent management, the terms training and development are often used interchangeably. When it comes to leadership, they hold fundamentally different meanings. Training transfers knowledge. Development transforms how a person thinks, decides, and leads. One is transactional. The other is generative — and the difference shows up not in the classroom, but in the months and years that follow.

Our courses and workshops are developmental, not remedial. They are built to foster integrative and transformative learning — connecting content to the specific context your leaders are navigating. Participants do not leave with a notebook full of concepts. They leave with a different relationship to the complexity they face every day.

Our Proprietary Courses & Certificates

Original work. Open to everyone.

Every course in the Integral Advantage® portfolio is developed in-house — informed by our own primary research, refined through field application across thousands of participants in federal agencies, state and local government, nonprofits, educational institutions, and private organizations. These are not licensed programs adapted from someone else's framework. They are original work, built from the ground up.

All courses are available as open enrollment — meaning any organization can send one leader or several, and any individual can enroll directly. Each course integrates proprietary assessment instruments, is facilitated by expert faculty, and is measured against a rigorous evaluation standard. Participants earn CEU credits upon completion and leave with more than a certificate — they leave with a clearer understanding of how they lead, and what comes next.
