We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through our Bank of America Merchant Services account and associated payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive cardholder data on our servers.
When you submit payment information at checkout, authorization is obtained from your card issuer for the amount due. Once authorized, the transaction is captured and settled according to Bank of America’s merchant settlement schedule. We reserve the right to delay settlement in cases of suspected fraud, billing discrepancies, or as otherwise required by our payment processor.
Card payments are processed exclusively through our direct Bank of America Merchant Services account — not through a third-party payment aggregator such as PayPal, Square, or Stripe. This matters for our government customers: consistent with GSA SmartPay® guidance and U.S. Department of Defense purchase-card policy, the use of third-party payment processors for Government Purchase Card (GSA SmartPay) transactions is restricted to circumstances where it is unavoidable. Because Integral Advantage accepts Visa and MasterCard directly through a bank merchant account, Government Purchase Cards can be processed without the limitations that third-party processors impose. Payment by ACH bank transfer is also available on request.
All prices displayed on our Website are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Integral Advantage, Inc. absorbs all credit card processing costs — we do not impose additional surcharges or convenience fees. If future adjustments are made to include such fees, we will comply with all card-network rules and applicable state and federal laws.
Credits, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Credit Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary: when a participant is unable to attend, our standard remedy is a course credit, which is issued promptly (typically within 48 hours) and does not expire. Once a participant is enrolled — that is, once the invoice is paid and the seat is reserved — we begin committing funds toward assessments and course resources; from that point, a course credit is provided rather than a cash refund.
Where a refund is appropriate, it is issued by Integral Advantage directly by ACH bank transfer or check — not as a reversal of the original card charge — and is processed within a reasonable period (generally at least 30 days after approval). If Integral Advantage cancels a cohort, the participant may choose to move to a future cohort, receive a credit, or receive a refund by ACH or check. If you have any question about a charge, please contact us first at CenterforIA@gmail.com or (760) 203-4959 — we can often resolve the matter more quickly and completely than a formal card dispute. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your card issuer, we will respond in accordance with Bank of America Merchant Operating Guide procedures. Should the dispute be found invalid, Integral Advantage, Inc. reserves the right to recover related costs or restrict future transactions.
We use Address Verification System (AVS), CVV verification, and other fraud-prevention tools to protect both you and us from unauthorized transactions. Any suspected fraudulent transaction may be refused, reported, or investigated. We cooperate with card issuers, financial institutions, and law enforcement when necessary to maintain transactional integrity.
Charges processed through this Website will appear on your card statement as “Integral Advantage” or a variation thereof consistent with our merchant account.
