About Integral Advantage®

Three decades of practice.
One integrated approach.

Integral Advantage® finds its roots in 1993, when its founding partners began building what would become three decades of work at the intersection of organizational strategy, innovation, and human development. That work began in strategic consulting — designing and launching consumer product platforms for Fortune 500 organizations across consumer health, manufacturing, automotive, entertainment, and global brand development, generating in excess of $3.3 billion in client revenues, earning over 20 international awards for innovation excellence, and producing 28 monetized design and utility patents.

The next chapter was federal. Integral Advantage® faculty served as course designers, instructors, and executive coaches at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Center for Leadership Development and the Federal Executive Institute — authoring programs for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, and delivering leadership development across more than 20 federal departments and agencies, from the Department of Defense and NASA to the Department of State and the Internal Revenue Service.

Those two chapters — private sector strategic consulting and federal executive leadership education — are not separate histories. They are the foundation of what Integral Advantage® offers today: a research-based, practitioner-led approach to leadership development and organizational performance that draws on the full range of that experience. Our faculty does not teach from textbooks. They teach from decades of practice at the highest levels of public and private sector leadership — and from the original research they have generated along the way.

“Our faculty does not teach from textbooks. They teach from decades of practice at the highest levels of public and private sector leadership.”
