Our Commitment to You
Refund & Credit Policy
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Integral Advantage, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to treating every participant fairly and to supporting your professional development. This policy explains how credits and refunds work for our courses and certificate programs. It applies to all registrations made through integraladvantage.com and forms part of our Website Use & Credit Card Policy.
1. Our Approach: Credit First
When a participant is unable to attend or complete a course, our standard remedy is a course credit rather than a cash refund. A credit lets you apply the full value you paid toward any future Integral Advantage course or program.
We favor credits because they keep the full value of your investment available to you and let us continue investing in your development.
2. Course Credits
- How credits are issued. When you request a credit, we issue it promptly — typically within 48 hours of your request.
- What a credit is worth. A credit equals the full amount you paid toward the original registration.
- How long a credit lasts. Course credits do not expire. You may apply your credit toward any future Integral Advantage course or program at any time.
- How to use a credit. Simply contact us when you are ready to enroll in a future course, and we will apply your credit to that registration.
3. When You Are “In the Course”
Registration is confirmed and your seat is reserved once your invoice is paid. At that point you are enrolled in the course, and we begin arranging the resources tied to your participation — which may include 360-degree assessments, DISC or other assessment instruments, licensed materials, and faculty preparation. These are real costs we commit on your behalf as soon as you are enrolled.
Because of this, once you are enrolled and these resources have been arranged:
- We are glad to issue you a course credit (see Section 2), which remains fully available to you for any future program.
- We are not able to provide a cash refund at this stage, because we have already committed funds toward your assessments and course resources.
We will always explain this clearly at the time. A non-expiring credit is a fair and flexible remedy that protects the full value of what you paid.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is appropriate, the following applies:
- How refunds are issued. Any refund is issued by Integral Advantage directly, by ACH bank transfer or by check — never as a reversal of a credit-card charge. This allows us to process your refund accurately and keep clear records.
- Processing time. Please allow at least 30 days for a refund to be processed and issued after it has been approved.
- How to request. To discuss a credit or a refund, please contact us using the details in Section 6 before taking any other action. We will work with you directly to resolve the matter.
If you have any question about a charge, we ask that you contact us first — often we can resolve it faster and more completely than a card dispute, and it lets us keep your account and records accurate.
5. If Integral Advantage Cancels a Course
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a cohort — for example, if a cohort does not reach the minimum enrollment needed to run. If we cancel a cohort in which you are enrolled, you may choose any of the following:
- Move to a future cohort of the same course at no additional cost;
- Receive a course credit (see Section 2) toward any future program; or
- Receive a refund by ACH or check (see Section 4).
The choice is yours. Our goal is always to honor our commitment to you in the way that works best for you.
